CFD Verified Simple Blower Setup for Wanhao Duplicator 6

Required:

-2ea x Blowers 5015 (I choose the silent ones, but you should use the regular/fast ones for max cooling)

-1ea of each printed part in PETG or material of higher temp tolerance

-6ea x Small nylon zip ties ( I used 2mm wide x 145mm long, 2ea per blower and 2ea to tie the front and the back together)

-super glue or epoxy to glue the back duct together and the ducts to the blowers

-2ea x screws that be screwed into the aluminum block (1ea screw per mounting adapter)

Optional:

-Aluminum foil tape to the bottom of the ducts to they absorb less heat

Notes:

-Account for material shrinkage when printing.  PETG shouldn't have significant shrinkage and can be printed at 100% scale.

-Heat block must be roated as shown in orange
