My beloved Sedu Revolution 6000i hairdryer broke after ingesting part of the filter mesh 😭. I designed this replacement centrifugal fan to keep it out of the landfill! This part is designed to be press-fit onto the 4.5mm shaft.
I printed in PLA using supports. As with any fan please be careful! This thing spins quite fast and experiences a lot of force, so print quality is important. PETG, ABS/ASA, PC should be OK provided good layer adhesion.
