I made this model because the 3DO Nozzle Camera didn't have any mounts for my printer. I'm pretty much a total beginner when it comes to CAD design so this project took me the better part of a month and 4 draft prints.
You can view and edit this model on OnShape! Note: the camera has a fixed focal length. If you want to make changes to the model, remember to keep this distance. There is a sketch accounting for it in the OnShape project.
This model is designed to be used with the default blower panel for the Ender 3 V2. There are 3 screws: an M2.5x4 screw for the inner mount of the blower fan and 2 M2.5x6 screws to attach to the X gantry and the blower cover.
Recommended to flip face-down when printing. A little over 7 hours with 0.16mm height, 5 walls, 100% infill in Cura.

I used these 24V LEDs in the 3mm size and made a Y splitter off the 24V main fan line to power it. Depending on the LED, the port might need to be made larger.
This picture is only meant to show the Y splitter working. I installed the LED from outside to inside BEFORE attaching the terminals to connect to the Y splitter.

I angled the LED to point at the nozzle tip as a sort of “spotlight”, and it works great!

This is the view in OctoPrint. I am using the Multicam plugin to rotate the camera 90 degrees. I've included the webcamDaemon file I modified. The webcamDaemon file is used by OctoPrint's webcamd to set up the webcam streams. Feel free to modify it to your needs!
