I made this for a friend's RV-8, after discovering that a case he found for the original controller board was too small.  This one fits the current board from FLYLED's (the blue board) and was printed on my Prusa Mk.3s in PETG with the 0.30 mm draft settings.  I added a pause to the Gcode at a 4.40mm height to insert quantity four 4-40 nuts for the screws to mount into.  There are four holes in the base spaced 50 x 50 mm for 8-32 screws, and two short 4-40 screws mount the board to the base itself.  The final two 4-40 screws mount the lid to the base.  I don't remember the exact length of the 4-40 screws, but I do know I had to cut down the longer ones about 9 mm from whatever height I started with.  The lid has three “tubes” to better view the red, yellow, and green LED's as well as a hole above the capacitor so that if it blows it will exit through the hole on top.  There is also a square “shield” of plastic above the dip switches so that they can be changed after mounting, but the “shield” will keep debris from falling down into that area.  Before mounting, make sure the pins and solder on the back side of the board are kept as tight and short as possible to avoid the board shorting out against the 8-32 pan head mounting screws.
