Designed to act like a compliant mechanism. Prevents too much tension on the bowden. At the same time the bowden can stay short. The guide can be mounted to the A/B Frame but also to the upper frame. Added also the Cableclip for bowden-canbus connection as seen on the pictures.
Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layerheight.
Recommended to print from ABS / Hightemp filament with enough breaking elongation (mine is printed from ABS). Make sure you are slightly overextruding to get better layer adhesion, use less to no partcooling and turn up your bedheater to 110°C if possible.
What else is needed:
- M5x10 ballhead screw + nut
- M2x6 to secure the bowdentube (optional)
