Case, plate, and top trim are printed in PETG. Keycaps are resin. To make the caps - print and cure them and then fill the embossed legends with different color resin cure again.

Additional parts needed:

4 M3x12mm screws https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08H2GQDMK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s03?ie=UTF8&th=1

2 M3x8mm screws https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081JQL9GF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s04?ie=UTF8&th=1

6 M3 brass heat set inserts https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BTYF2MMD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1

16gu uncoated copper wire https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZMRB1K5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

28gu hookup wire https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G2SWB19/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

1 Raspberry PI Pico https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092S2KCV2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Individually addressable Neopixel strip lights https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MVWN6CF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

1 usbc breakout board https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KC1SMGD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

8 MX style key switches of your choice https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X2SKBR3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

There is a recessed channel on the underside of the switch plate to accommodate a length of 16gu wire. It will rest directly against the pins on the switches for easy soldering

I did not put mounting holes in for the usbc board in case you have to get a different one and the holes are not in the same place. Should be pretty simple to drill 2 4mm holes in the right location to mount the board.

The pico gets fastened to the bottom of the case with 2 sided foam tape and the light strip can just lay on top

You will need to flash the board with CircuitPython and KMK firmware http://kmkfw.io/docs/Getting_Started/

You will also need to add the Neopixel libraries https://circuitpython.org/libraries

code.py file is included here as well. Just copy it to the root directory of your Pico, and you should be good to go.

This is my first project that I have ever posted. If I missed something critical, please let me know and I will add it to the instructions. I'd love to see your makes, and feel free to remix!
