the top part is short, so you need to stick a double-sided tape between pixel 7a and the case.
the bottom part is long, so it has enough grip between phone and the case.
The case makes camera bump get inward a little bit. It also makes side buttons get inward to avoid accidental touch. It also makes the display get inward to avoid scratches on rough surface.
