I noticed a lot of issues with the original STEP file. The main rim was hollow, weird chamfers/fillets, etc. I don't know what program they used to create the samples in, but it wasn't playing nice.
I've remastered this into a separate top and bottom piece for you to completely redesign however you see fit. This way, there is very little you have to remove, allowing you to get right to it! Just remember to connect the two pieces in your design - and don't forget those little locating/fixing detents!
I have two primary models - one like the original, and another with sharp top ridges.
