This is a Klicky probe dock for the Voron 0, designed primarily for the Klicky PCB, but it may also be compatible with the original Klicky probe. It features a servo-driven arm that moves vertically, ensuring better clearance on the right side of the bed.
Drive Arm - 32mm: Standard vs. Direct Versions
There are two variants of the "Drive Arm - 32mm" to accommodate different needs and setups:
Standard Version: This is the go-to choice for most applications. It's designed to be universally compatible and is the preferred option for ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This is the original and tested KlickSwipe design!
Direct Version (Experimental): Tailored for those seeking a snug fit, this version features a smaller hole intended primarily for mini 6g servos equipped with metal gears. However, please note that the Direct version is experimental and might not be suitable for all servos, especially those with Nylon gears.
Important Consideration Regarding Axial Pressure
I've observed that some servos are sensitive to axial pressure on the drive shaft. This sensitivity can complicate the installation of the "Direct Arm" as it requires a certain amount of pressure to be applied. If your servo cannot handle axial pressure, or if the servo shaft can't be supported while installing the arm, I strongly recommend opting for the Standard version to avoid potential issues.

We attempted to reuse parts from the original design; however, it was necessary to replace some screws. The following screws are needed (or recommended) for constructing this version:
| Part | Qty | Notes |
| M2x8 Self Tapping Screw | 2 | For mounting the servo |
| M3x6mm BHCS or SHCS | 2 | |
| M3x8mm BHCS or SHCS | 2 | |
| M3x12 BHCS or SHCS | 1 | |
| M3x16 BHCS or SHCS | 1 | |
| M3x25 BHCS or SHCS | 1 | Optional but recommended |
Please consult the documentation of the original KlickSwipe for details on Klipper configuration. Below, I've provided some examples from my Voron 0.2 configuration files.
klicky-variables.cfg:
variable_docklocation_x: 119 # X Dock position
variable_docklocation_y: 87 # Y Dock position
variable_docklocation_z: -128 # Z dock position (-128 for a gantry/frame mount)variable_enable_dock_servo: True
variable_servo_name: 'KlickSwipe '
variable_servo_deploy: 80
variable_servo_retract: 0
variable_servo_delay: 100
Variable_dockmove_x: 0
Variable_dockmove_y: -45
Variable_dockmove_z: 0
Variable_attachmove_x: 30
Variable_attachmove_y: 0
Variable_attachmove_z: 0
Important: It is highly recommended to power off the servo after it has retracted to its home position. This can be done by calling SET_SERVO with WIDTH=0. This step should be included in the latest KlickySwipe macros.
