PaintRack for use and storage

Paint storage rack that can fold out to use on the table to paint

this model is currently a prototype and i would like to polish it some more before i release it for remix hence the limiting license

but i do take suggestions and feedback

I'm out of PETG filament so i would be grateful if anybody would test that there are no issues and the weight stability when standing

Release Candidate 1:

 - made the whole thing slightly thinner, making the center of gravity closer to center

 - made paint slots slightly higher to prevent them falling out

 - added front slot to improve view of paint and reduce weight

 - reversed the arm so it goes under the stand rather than over it

 - optimizations allowed for another row so yay 45 slots

 - reduced total weight and material by 5% (25 gram)

things to do

1. elongate feet to improve stability
2. improve secondary arm
3. improve platform heights (i think i might be able to squeeze another row in)
4. make wall mount that fits the holes on the back
5. make citadel and Vallejo versions (and any requested version)
6. make version for mini and other requested printer sizes

things to look into

1. maybe increase paint holder walls height or reduce size of rooms to better keep paint in place
2. how to prevent secondary arm from falling out when storing it
