I made this simple arm based off an old CCTV camera wall mount I had laying around. It's designed to be screwed on the top of a 2020 extrusion with an M4 screw and a hammer nut.
For my application I used the rest of the original hardware to mount my cam but I modelled those parts as I'm not sure if this was a popular mount type and others have access to the necessary parts. The base has a hole for a standard 1/4" tripod screw and a small indent on the top to have a room for some foam or rubber sheet to help securing the camera. The arm currently holds a 330 gram old IP camera without any problems. Please keep in mind that I only printed the arm the rest of the models are untested.
My print settings were:
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 4 walls
- 20% cubic infill
