This is a printable Plug for Bosch Powerpack ebike batteries. It is best to print the Plug part standing with a large brim.
To insert the flat contacts i usually heat them up with a soldering iron. After soldering on the wires i cover everything in hot glue and fit the contact plate into the plug with small screws.
This plug can only be used to discharge the Powerpack, as it only has the two power pins and the CAN-bus pins. For charging you would need to add the 5V auxiliary voltage pin.
