Thin version is thinner by 1mm.
Gluing
The snap fit is good enough to hold both part together. But if you slightly bend the tool, they separate.
I used acetone for gluing for PLA or ABS prints.
- Insert lockpick into core part
- Apply acetone on inner walls between the lockpick and the print. Use pipette or similar tool for using the precise amount of the liquid.
- Snap in the cover print. Use pliers if necessarily.
- Let it dry.
- TIP: Acetone leaves marks on PLA prints. Use it carefully.
