I Got a Thule Rooftop Ski rack for my Girlfriend, but since she did not have the Thule roof rack, we were not able to mount it.
The Universal adapter from Thule did not really work on the roof rack of the Subaru Justy 4x4, so i had to design my own.
You should definitely print the design in ASA or PC, as it needs to withstand potentially harsh conditions and weight. I Printed the design from Rosa ASA with 50% Honeycomb infill and there was no chance i could break it. Potentially you can use even more Infill to make the Design even stronger. The Design will clamp onto a rack that is around 33mm wide. The Height is adjustable depending on the screws you will choose.
Additionall things you will need:
12x M6*25MM Hex Bolt
8x M6 Nyloc Nuts
Or alternatively Normal nuts + some Loctyte
