This is my absolute favorite version of a bottle opener. The geometry is optimized so that you barely bend the bottle cap when prying it off—perfect if you like to collect caps or just want a smooth opening experience.
Print Settings for Strength: Because this tool handles a lot of leverage, material choice and density are key to keeping the opening hook from snapping:
Material: PC (Polycarbonate) highly recommended for maximum toughness and stiffness.
Infill: 100% to ensure it withstands heavy, long-term use.
