This is a control horn, 23mm high that is suitable for modern F3A competition models. It is designed to be used with bearing or ball style links with a 2mm bolt.
I recommend printing with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, no supports and no brim. Orientation is shown in the photos, this is critical to ensure the layer orientation is correct for better strength.
Materials - I recommend ASA, ABS, PC, Nylon etc.
Use standard flanged servo screws to mount to a 1/8" plywood base that is glued into the surface of the model.
To get the right side, just mirror the model in your slicer.
