I had a lot of those cheap 20mm round switches ("Wippenschalter") from an old project sitting around and wanted something more classy to toggle my enclosure lights and other stuff. I couldn't find something that satisfied my needs, so I decided to design my own steampunk style lever switch case for those switches.
To print the lever and also the combine front, I recommend using PrusaSlicers cut operation with connectors. I've prepared those in the 3mf file.
For the lever handle I create a box object in PrusaSlicer and used SVG icons with filament change. Use the Handle 3mf file for reference.
Fur assembly you will need 15 or 20mm sunken head M3 bolts. Maybe some plastic glue and a 20mm round rocker switch.
Prints very well with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.1 or 0.15mm layer height, PLA.
