Edit: I'm sitting the screen & case on a stand like this, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C3PQT1S .. The product listing pictures are incorrect now but the reviews show the correct the pictures. Cant order it anyway, but might help in your search or give you an idea what I am using in the pictures in this listing.

NOTE:

Printed with 6 walls to make the screw holes print correctly. YMMV.
