Creality Ender 3 ASM+Raspberry Cover

"Creality Ender Station (LCD + Raspberry Pi)"

I have added a side console for a power switch and a status LED for the Raspberry and moved the base for the camera mount to this side switch.
And I have added a slot for an SD Card extension for the Raspi.
The case is available in 2 versions:

• With connectors and a gaps for the side console and the camera cable

without this connectors and gaps. The case is designed for a Rasberry Pi 2B or 3B (same size and connectors)

For the side console you need a square push button like this:

and a standard LED with 5mm diameter.

The camera is a simple standard Raspi-Cam like

I have mounted a little Fan 30x30mm:

You need some additional screws and nuts:

To mount the side console:
2x Countersunk screw M3x10 or M3x12 EN ISO 10642

For the camera arm:
for each intermediate part
1 Screw M3x16 DIN 912 (don't know the ISO number)
1 Nut M3 DIN 934
1 Washer M3 DIN 125 or similar
PLUS the same for the camera
PLUS 1 Screw M3x16 DIN 912 and a Washer M3 for the rotating base

For FAN: use the screws and nuts which come with the fan...

For mouting the Raspberry
4 screws M2,5x10 or M3 x10 DIN 912 (for M3 you have to drill out the holes in the Raspi a little)

And of course a little bit wiring for the LED and the switch....
