I saw that a boden tube adapter was made, but I always thought it was odd to have a run out sensor at the top of the printer. when you got about a 1' zone that the printer will never know its missing filament.
Printed on Pla at 1.3 wall thickness and 15%infill (im guessing it could be less). layed it flat and removed support in holes where fitting and sensor go.
