09/12/23 update, found an issue with the bottom mold part and the indents not being high enough, file replaced
A mold for a scale lock block because at 1/10 they just aren't practical to print
This is a 2 part mold with significant overlap to stop leakage. I suggest wrapping in tape, strong elastic, clamps, etc. to keep it together while pouring/tapping
Tested in PLA and PETG and it works fine even with quick set Cement All mix (high heat generated). PETG is probably better for a little more flex when demolding.
All mold surfaces seem to come out great, they back side will be down to your skill! (mine is clearly lacking)
