A TPU dust boot to replace ripped, dry-rotted, tie rod end boots. I designed these to fit my 2003 Honda CR-V, but they may fit other models.
The large end is 28.5mm for a snug fit over the 30mm end of the tie rod. The small end is 12.7mm (½").
The model uploaded here is slightly different than the one shown in the video.
Print with the small end on the bed. I used a 3-row brim to help it stay attached during printing.
Update 01/15/2025 : Thirteen months later, the boot is still holding up. No splitting or grease leaking out.
