Vertical foregrip with ergonomics in mind. Slimmer profile, finger groves and finger stop. Does take up some rail real estate. Print with strength in mind, I usually opt for more walls than infill. Can be printed supportless if your printer is good at bridging. Other wise minimal support needed in the rail section, print upside down.
I went with M4x30mm socket head cap screws, but required screw length is 28.5mm. I also went with heat set insert over hex nuts, just prefer it that way. My inserts were 4mm long from this kit.
