I was inspired by @Gard7 "Keychain pill box" which is small for me.

So I added 2 mm in diameter and some height. This doubles/triples the volume (depending on the shape of the pills). The longer hole rubs on the key ring, so I made a “eye”.
PS: first foto is from developing phase, uploaded model has little bit bigger "eye".
