This is probably niche, but this is meant to adapt a video light to a vesa bracket (100x100mm). The only other thing you will need is a video light spigot. The one I used was 3/8 inch, I'm pretty sure they are universally that size, but just to cover ever base. I connected it to the vesa bracket with m3 nuts and bolts; thats what I sized the holes for. I've included the solidworks file, so edit as you see fit.
IMPORTANT! When printing MAKE SURE that you print the model standing up so the layer lines will be strong against the torque of the heavy light you will put on it. If you print it laying down flat, it will break.
Also, if you put a softbox on it, I would only use a small one. An umbrella or something lightweight would probably be even better.
