The design was created in Onshape and can be found here.
There are several parameters that can be adjusted:
- tube diameter
- tube length
- tube wall thickness
- O-ring position and diameter of the profile
- O-ring size
Explore and adjust the parameters to fit your O-ring size. The O-ring recess parameter defines how deep the O-ring will sit in the lid. Reduce/increase for a tighter/weaker seal.
Print the tube once and the lid twice. Obviously, you need two O-rings ;)
Edited: Simplified design. O-ring now sits on the outside of the tube.
