Flowpub vescxr controller box

I have now tested this in the 16 pin and 10 pin molex versions both worked out but were pretty cramped less so without the spintend fuse.  currently testing another more spacious remix of the pub box that still allows the use of the hyper core plug. I will update this page with that link once it’s fully tested.

i am doing a basic ubox xr swap with stock pack and motor, i wanted to retain the stock connectors and also want to do a avaspark light setup. i like the Flowglider box design and the pub box but i wanted a little of each box for this build, i like the light and handle setup of the pub box and connector setup and layout of the Flowglider, so i combined the 2 With this design.

the box uses the Flowglider lid and gasket, I’ll release a lid that matches the profile of this box better but you would have to have it machined at pvc way or send cut send.

m3 heat sets for lid m5 for rails.

UPDATES:

v3 : this one has some modifications to better fit with bang bumpers, during my assembly of v2 i had to pretty heavily modify my bang bumpers to get it to fit so i trimmed up the bottom of the box as well as the base of the light area. Some modifications may still be needed.

v3.1: this is the trimmed down version with a 10 pin molex connector instead of the unnecessarily giant 16pin molex connector, most charge only vesc builds are using 4 of these pins for main line wires i split my main wires into X2 14ga through the connector then back to 12ga at the controller and harness side similar to how fm did it. Then 2 pins fo charge lines and 3 for rear light, this leaves 1 extra pin if you are using 4 wire light setups and still retains a water resistant connector solution. It is still a molex m150 class connector Just in 10 pin configuration.

v3.2 this is an m20 gland version for main harness and standard hypercore molex and switchcraft on the motor side.
