Bought a cheap cat tree and the MDF around a bolt hole started breaking. Made a wide washer to fix the issue.
The outer diameter is 50mm, inner diameter is 8mm, wide area is 4mm thick, 2mm recessed are for the head of the bolt, 6mm shaft.
Used PLA, 15% infill, and snug supports.
