A relatively simple soap holder for your shower with multiple sizes and mounting options.
I designed these parts with a simple goal - to prevent my soap bars from getting waterlogged and cracking due to where I usually set them in my apartment shower.
This design has four different versions, ‘Soap Holder Large (Suction Cup)’, ‘Soap Holder Small (Suction Cup)’, ‘Soap Holder Large (Foam Tape)’, and 'Soap Holder Small (Foam Tape)'. All files are best printed in the shown slicer orientation.
The large size accommodates bars of soap roughly 4 x 2.5 inches, and the small size accommodates roughly 3 x 2.25 inches.
‘Soap Holder Large (Suction Cup)’ and ‘Soap Holder Small (Suction Cup)’ require three 3cm or 4cm suction cups each respectively. The suction cups used for this design can be found at the following link: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805783614779.html.
‘Soap Holder Large (Foam Tape)’ and ‘Soap Holder Small (Foam Tape)’ both require foam tape for mounting. The foam tape that I used for the design is 1-inch Scotch EXTREME Mounting Tape, but I have not tested its water resistance quite yet.
