CR500 ignition cover, there are variations with text, and no o-ring groove. The text is not an exact replica of the official text. The o-ring groove was removed by request for someone who installed it with sealant in-lieu of the o-ring. O-ring groove is 1.6mm deep and 4mm wide with a 1mm radius in the corners to assist with printing.
Recommend PETG, ABS, ASA or similar materials, 100% infill. Support material required but would suggest break-away material or water soluble otherwise it would be very difficult to remove from the o-ring groove if using that variation. Layer height will be depending on your quality preference but a good starting point is 0.16mm and either 0.4-0.6mm line width.
