Please find M3 holes interaxis in file names.
I printed my adapters in FDM with following parameters:
- Material: Azurefilm ABS
- Nozzle: 0.6 Slice Engineering vanadium nozzle
- Layer height: 0.1mm
- Extrusion width: 0.6mm;
- Chamber: heated chamber at 50°C;
- Build plate: 100°C naked steel bed
- Adhesion: Dimafix stick.
- Strenght: I set as many walls as necessary to obtain that no infill is printed at all and the print is 100% solid.
Notes:
- I made some prints also with ASA, PC, PC-PBT and so on and they always worked perfectly.
- Please just avoid PLA and PET-G.
- Please use a printer with perfect step/mm on all axes, otherwise the adapters won't fit very well with the small steel cylinders.
