(English below)

--------

For an LED project I've bought an 100W 24V PSU at Amazon but it had a lot of room for serious “accidents”

Link: Amazon DE

To minimize the risk and for being able to throw the PSU behind the locker I've created a case for it:

  • snug fit (PSU isn't able to wiggle)
  • strain relief with zip ties for in and output
  • 2 options for screws
    • threaded inserts (4x M3 x 3mm)
    • M3nS nuts (4x M3)
  • ventilation slots

For the M3nS or the threaded inserts just choose the gcode or m3f file accordingly.

Printsettings:

Supports: on the printbed for the screw holes, you can push them out from the other side with an allenkey

Material: At least PETG or something more heat resistant 100W can really get warm

Disclaimer: just for the records, I don't take any responsibility for any harm or damage, use it at your own risk :)
