The best way to setup your HSW is by assembling it first, then by drilling a hole at a time and putting the screw partially in each time. For each hole you can use this guide to ensure its position at the center of the wished hexagon.

While not really a remix, I was inspired by this model (https://www.printables.com/fr/model/589253-honeycomb-storage-wall-drill-guide) which is basically the same, but only for 6mm holes. Since I needed other dimensions I recreated the idea from one of my previous remix-ready models to make it parametric in the process.
