This is a quick lamp shade for the Ikea Flottilj led light. If the light is at all any higher than your eyeline you're basically asking to be blinded 😂. This helps reduce that impact. For me the light is about a foot above me angled down on a work bench and I just needed roughly 1.5" shade to reduce direct eye contact. It has a 7 degree flare to keep it within the confines of the original mount that it comes with and extends down 40mm. If you don't want the little triangle pattern around the base just cut it off! It might be a little tight but it will fit!
