Print the ring before the watering can body. To place it on the watering can, insert a pause into the gcode at 45 mm height.
If you have a multimaterial setup, you can print the whole watering can in one go.
The legs of the base need to be printed separately. A brim is already added to the model to increase the adhesion where the contact area with the printbed is small.
