I created the template based on a Telecaster body model by Gustavo Rocha in GrabCad. I used it for a guitar I'm currently building.
There are six parts to the template, each part sized to fit on a Prusa Mini+'s build plate. I printed them with a 0.6mm nozzle and PETG.
The six parts fit together well after a little deburring, especially at the tabs. I used masking tape on the back to hold them together to mark around the template on the timber for the guitar body, and clamped the template in place when flush trim routing the body after cutting it close to the lines on a band saw.
If you decide to print it, I suppose you could choose to glue the six parts together permanently.
The printed template will be 8mm thick. If you'd like it thicker (or thinner), scale the Z dimension before slicing.
