My Mother-in-law gave me this broken part for her Elna 744 sewing machine. I measured it as well and created a replacement part for her in fusion360. This is one of my very first models every made, but it ended up working quite well for her, so if you have this model (may work on others as well) and your piece breaks, you might find this helpful.
I printed on its side without any supports and 100% infill.
