Wanted a cheap, simple solution for a tripod spreader. We use a Manfrotto 290 Xtra at work for a Matterport camera and were having issues with keeping the legs spread out when needing to constantly move the camera. I tried to keep the design somewhat modular, so we could easily change out components based on different tripods.
