The hook fits very well and snug due a a tiny bump. (see model)
Use a 50%+ infill for strength, It is a quick print anyway.
Print to model or bond to model with superglue/epoxy. If you have epoxy, this may be easier due to the need for supports on most model orientations.
If using multiple hooks, center 40mm apart.
