Exposure Aero Light Mount

A minimalism clip-in light mount for EXPOSURE Trace (or same OD) light. It is designed with a slightly tilted down angle which fit with a horizontal leveled front reach bike computer mount.

Compatibility:

Standard bike computer out-front mount with 20mm distance between m3 screw holes. Normally any mount with a removable GoPro mount is compatible.

Print Instruction:

Recommend to print with PLA Tough or PLA professional with a thicker wall setting. You should also print it vertically for better structural strength. The layer texture from the printing process also a perfect grip to the CNC surface of the Exposure Light. Tree-type support also recommended for a better printing quality, no brim needed. 

Installation:

For installation, you'll need two standard m3*5mm socket head screws. First just push the screws into the holes on the side. Then you can use Allen wrench with round head to screw in. It will be a little bit tricky at the beginning with the angle, but you can get there I promise, pro tip is don't push to hard when screwing.

I have tested this design for a while on multiple terrains like city commuting/technical gravel/single track. It holds well and so far never drop the light.

And it just makes things more LIGHTWEIGHT & AERODYNAMIC!!!
