Simple hang tags to indicate the current Filament Material and Nozzle Size. I have them on a nail inside my enclosure within the camera view.
I print in 0.2mm layers, color change after the first and before the last layer. These are PET-G, using the black for first and last layer as it is opaque and makes a nice finish.
