Kawasaki ZH2 frame plugs

I designed these plugs to fit into the voids in the frame for the mounting bolts. I felt this cleans up the sides of the bike and prevent debris and water from entering. I printed many of these for others and now that I no longer have that bike (Kawasaki ZH2) I felt I would share this with others if they wanted to do the same. The angled plug for the one point is not perfect but if you align it right it fits pretty well. I printed these in TPU so they were flexible and hold well. If you print in hard material you will have to use something like silicone to keep them from vibrating out (I know I lost several during their development). Something I found is that the tolerances of the frames from different bikes seem to vary a bit, so this version has more pronounced “splines” to help friction mount them. The smaller plug is for a couple of the factor plugs that can be swapped out so they all appear the same (texture/color). The small plug can also be used for the swing arm.
