The name might be off, since this parts are not sold separately. A friend of mine is restoring an old iMac G3 and it came with these pieces broken. They hold a larger bracket that can be used to elevate the front side of the iMac.
The design is a little off from the original, since the reference I got where broken and missing parts. I used some pictures for reference, but at the end they work for its purpose.
I recommend print it with supports, and orient the screw receptors facing down, since this is the part that gets hidden when screwing it to the iMac base and you won't see it.
Printed on a Ender 3 v2, Pritonic PLA (white) although I highly recommend silk blue or closest to indigo color.
