If the scroll wheel stops working its probably the axle which is broken.
This is a plug to replace the axle from the wheel to the sensor.
Remove the old stump whit a plier and press in this replacement in the hole.
No glue is needed.
Print takes about 10 min
Repair takes about 5 min.
