How I Designed This
This was so very challenging. I used the Fusion 360 T-Spline patch, with three reference photos. I used some radii measuring tools from Thingiverse to help create guide circles and eyeballed it until it looked right. It took many, many 2 gram test prints of just the edges to get them right.
