The motor fan on my KitchenAid stand mixer broke and it's not available as a replacement part, so I designed one in Fusion. My mixer is a 6qt Professional model # KP26M1XLC. The design is fully parametric, so it should be adaptable to other models. I did see some available on Etsy, but I decided to try to model my own so I could fix my mixer faster than waiting for shipping.
Updated to version 2 with chamfer on back side because the edge was rubbing on the case slightly. Also added small chamfer at back of shaft hole to prevent elephant's foot.
I'm printing in PETG for heat resistance, but PLA is probably fine.
