I designed this spool holder for my 1kg eSUN spools, and to make use of a bearing I have had in my garage for ages (6205/25x52x15 - single row deep groove).
It works well enough, but there is a tiny bit of sag with the 6205 bearing, because they are not designed to work with moment/tilting loads. Bearing 7205 (same dimensions) is a angular contact bearing and should be a better choice.
Bearing 3205/5205/25x52x20.6 (double row bearing) are a bit wider but will handle the moment/tilting loads and probably get rid of the small sag. I have added files to accommodate these bearings as well, but I have not tested them. They are pretty expensive though, compared to the 6205 and 7205 bearings and not really necessary.
Max outside diameter of the spool holder: 208mm
Fits spools with a 54mm center hole.

Tolerances:
This bearing has an outer diameter of 52mm, the bearing “housing” has a diameter of 51.9mm and that worked out well for me.
The inner diameter of bearing is 25mm and the shaft is set to 25.2mm for a an interference fit.
You should be able to open the OneShape file and edit these dimensions if they don't work for you.

- Outer before inner (print outer walls before inner walls)
- Wall line count: 4
- Infill: 10% Gyroidal
- Supports: No
- Layer height 0.24
