This is a printable body cap for FD mount Canon cameras, such as the T50, T70, T90, F1, A1, AE1 and others…
I modeled this cap after an existing cap.
The print is not quite so simple, as the guides for the bayonet catch have a slope. I achieved a good result by printing the model in PLA with the hollow side down. I used supports, and since I was using a Bambu Lab printer with AMS, PETG as a support interface with no gap.
You may have to fiddle around with orientation and support, but since it is a quick print, it is not that much of an issue.
Use a small or variable layer height because of the slope. In my case 0.12 worked well.
