I designed this because I lost my original one and think every toolbox should have one.
This is made in two pieces with interlocking features to ensure both sides line up and the blade can’t ride up through the clamped faces when pressure is applied to the blade.
The two sides are held together with a standard M4 countersunk screw and nut. The M4 countersunk screw passes through the hole in the blade to secure it in place. I designed this for a standard fine toothed hacksaw blade (24TPI/10D)
