I made this to give my GPD Win Max 2 a better grip and to protect the backside of the display from scratches and to let it look pretty individually and specific.
I made it using OpenScad with a self developed algorithm, where you can set the density of the voronoi cells, the roundings and the thickness, the hight of the roofs of the links depending on the position of the cells.
It can easily be adjusted to any other display. If anyone is interested in it let me know.
I recommend using SLA not FDM as in my case. And I recommend to give it a spray painting with different colors from different sides. Apply the spray by holding the part downwards and let the color nebula set on the one side, then turn the part and color the other slopes of the roofs of the structure. Then from different sides the design looks very different and gives it an overall extremely fancy apperance.
As I use my Winmax2 pretty often for presentations, and had this Voronoi-Shell glued to it since over a year now, I got lot of feedback and people interested in the design. In the PC and in the Shell.
